How much is a small property in Kuala Lumpur Cash?

Can i buy a property in malaysia & how much would it roughtly be as a Cash Buyer?? I was born in Malaysia, and am a bumi, I live in England but want to travel backwards & forwards alot, could I buy a cheap property there??

    The norm all over the world nowdays is that, if you are not always In house, it is better to get yourself a place in a decent area, might cost a bit more. Then again get somewhere where you have lots of occupant, where also they can, sort of , look after your house, all these add to your personal and house security.
    In short, If you can afford it, get yourseft a condo in a good area.
    As for the Tax department, as long as you have the legit reason then they will leave you alone.
