SITTING AROUND would be a poor choice bec INCOMING REVENUE CASH FLOW is based on attracting & building client base, then hoping that you can find right properties to make deal go through settlement.
In a DEPRESSED MARKET in my opinion you would want to minimize your EXPENSES and cash going out so that you can survive until HOUSING MARKET turns around.
If you are fortunate to have some other 2nd job to feed your family and survive, you are lucky bec TIMING and SEEING the DOWNTURN is always hard to predict and job opportunities are less plentiful.
There is always something to do in terms of attracting potential buyers just that it is in your best interests to review all alternatives and then weigh the risks & chances of each selection being good choices as well as what it costs to implement….
